Welcome to Jaxid. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jaxid free social gaming platform, including our website and games (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Free Social Gameplay Only

Jaxid is a free-to-play social gaming platform provided purely for entertainment and amusement. The Platform does not offer real-money gambling and does not provide any opportunity to win real money, cash, or prizes of monetary value. All gameplay uses virtual "Coins" that have no real-world value.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account information up to date.
• The Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Virtual Coins

Virtual Coins are a licensed right to access in-game features. They are not a currency, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, sold, or withdrawn for real money, goods, or anything of value. We may grant free Coins on a daily or promotional basis at our discretion.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use bots, exploits, or automated systems; not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform; and not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Jaxid and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaxid shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
